Telzino provides two interfaces for managing and using AI phone agents: the Dashboard for partners and administrators, and the Connect App for resellers and end customers.

Dashboard

The Telzino Dashboard is the back-office interface where partners configure and manage everything related to their AI phone agent deployment. It is accessed at dashboard.telzino.com. Key capabilities of the Dashboard include:
  • Customer Management — Create and manage reseller organizations, set agent limits and minute allocations, and configure per-agent settings including voice, language, LLM model, instructions, and functions.
  • Templates & Profiles — Build white-label templates that control the appearance and behavior of the Connect App, and create per-customer profiles that override specific template settings.
  • Reports — View call detail records, usage metrics, billing reports, call logs, and per-agent and per-reseller minute breakdowns.
  • Account Settings — Manage organization identity, team members and roles, security policies (MFA), email delivery (SendGrid), API keys, NetSapiens user base claims, and custom domains.
  • Integrations — Connect agents to Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, ModMed, MCP servers, and embed agents on websites.

Connect App

The Telzino Connect App is the customer-facing interface where resellers and end users interact with their AI phone agents. It is embedded within the NetSapiens User Portal and provides a streamlined experience for day-to-day agent management. Key capabilities of the Connect App include:
  • Agent Management — View, create, edit, and delete AI phone agents. Configure agent instructions, voice, greeting, language, knowledgebase links, and functions from a single interface.
  • Call History — Review detailed call logs with transcripts, recordings, sentiment analysis, and task summaries. Filter by date range, agent, caller, and other criteria.
  • Usage Tracking — Monitor voice minute consumption with daily usage charts and per-agent breakdowns.
  • Sharing & Embedding — Share agents via link or embed them on websites using the provided code snippets.

How They Work Together

Partners use the Dashboard to set up the infrastructure — organizations, agent limits, templates, profiles, and integrations. Resellers and end customers then use the Connect App to create and manage their individual agents within the boundaries defined by the partner. Templates and profiles created in the Dashboard control the look and feel of the Connect App, enabling full white-label customization.
