Embed Styles
Telzino offers three embed formats, each suited to different use cases:Inline Bar
A compact 320x64px bar widget that can be embedded anywhere on your page. Ideal for adding a persistent call-to-action without taking up significant screen space.Playground
A full interactive playground that lets visitors test and interact with your agent in a larger interface. Best suited for demo pages or dedicated support sections.Popup Widget
A floating popup widget that appears in the corner of the page. Visitors can open it to start a conversation without navigating away from the current page. This is the most common choice for customer-facing websites.Customizing Appearance
Each embed style includes appearance settings so the widget blends with your site’s design:- Theme — Select a base theme from the dropdown
- Background Color — Set the widget’s background color
- Primary Color — Set the primary accent color for buttons and highlights
- Accent Color — Set a secondary accent color
Adding the Embed to Your Website
- In the Telzino Dashboard, navigate to Customers > [Organization] > [Agent] > Embed.
- Select the embed style you want (Inline Bar, Playground, or Popup Widget).
- Customize the appearance settings.
- Click Copy Code to copy the HTML snippet to your clipboard.
- Paste the snippet into your website’s HTML where you want the widget to appear.
<script> tag that loads the agent widget asynchronously, so it won’t slow down your page.
The Embed capability must be enabled at the account level. If you don’t see the Embed option, check that Embed Functionality is toggled on under Account Settings > General.

- Customer Support — Add a popup widget to your website so visitors can get instant help via voice AI.
- Lead Capture — Place an inline bar on your landing page to engage visitors and capture appointment bookings.
- Product Demos — Use the playground embed on a demo page to let prospects interact with your agent before signing up.
