If your DIDs and SMS are hosted on NetSapiens, use SMS via NetSapiens instead.
If you send through your own Twilio account, connect it once for the organization — see Twilio. The Send SMS function carries this agent’s own From Number; other agents in the organization can use different numbers on the same Twilio account. In the Dashboard, enable Send SMS per agent as described below (saving the organization’s Twilio connection does not add it); in Connect, saving an agent’s From Number adds it for LiveKit agents automatically.
